Baldur’s Gate II: Enhanced Edition 75% off $6.24 (43 hours left)
Metacritic Score: 78
Why buy this: A great RPG from the early 2000s made by Bioware the people behind Mass Effect. Tons of items and things to loot on your journey of exploration. An addictive RPG with lots to collect and updated visuals and quests from its original 2000 release. Fans of Diablo should check out it out.
Why buy this: A massive open world filled with questions and places to explore. Released prior to Skyrim this open world medieval RPG has players looting, preforming quests, learning magic abilities and fighting monsters. A great RPG and in my opinion a better game for newcomers to start the Elder Scrolls series instead of Skyrim.
Max Payne 3 75% off $4.99 (3 hours left)
Metacritic Score: 87
Why buy this: A brilliant action game with none other than Max Payne himself. It’s a very well produced game by the people behind Grand Theft Auto and serves as a nice change from the open world gameplay. Max Payne 3 is set in the beautiful yet dangerous São Paulo, where Max returns with iconic brutal and addictive slow motion shooting ability along with fantastic writing and a dark story. Fans of Max Payne, action games or GTA fans looking for a change of pace should definitely pick up this up.
Payday 2 80% off $5.99 (19 hours left)
Metacritic Score: 79
Why buy this: Great four player co-op game that has players work together to perform bank heists. Fantastic sound and focus on the little details to to execute a perfect heist. If you love the movie Heat and the bank heist mission in GTA IV buy this game.
Plants vs. Zombies GOTY Edition 50% off $2.49 (43 hours left)Metacritic Score: 87
Why buy this: A super addictive defense strategy game. The premise is simple you plant green life that fights off incoming zombies trying to get into your house. With the use of sunlight, the game’s in-game currency, players can diversify their plants and use their unique abilities to fight off the hordes of different zombies. One of most addicting games I have ever played that is both simple but can get very challenging requiring quite a bit of strategy.
World of Goo 50% off $4.99 (43 hours left)
Metacritic Score: 90
Why buy this: Another simple but addicting title, World of Goo has players use little goo creatures to build structures to get from one point of the map to the other. The game gets quite challenging when there is a limited number of goo. Surprisingly deep and unique for such a simple game.
